Schemes for giving benefits at the Time of Admission
There is provision of more than Rs 1 Crore for giving Financial Support in the shape of scholarship, stipend and assistanceship etc. to the disadvantaged Students having family income less than 2.5 lakh per annum. Under the Scheme five Scholarship were awarded on merit cum mean basis During 2009-10
Scholarships by State Govt. through Dist. Welfare Officer
The State Govt. provides for the Scholarships to the students belonging to SC/ST, Backward class and financially weaker section of the Society. These students are advised to fill the forms immediately after admission and special efforts are made at personal level to get their scholarships approved
Scheme for giving waiver ship in fee by the University-
The waiver ship in fee ranging from 25% to 100% to meritorious students is provided keeping in view the percentage of marks in qualifying examination and financial position of the family of the student i.e. the family income should not be more than 2.5 lakh per annum. The percentage for the award of waiver ship within this class is determined on need basis.
Sports/Achievement Scholarship-
Five merit-cum-means Scholarship per year have also been instituted and these are awarded on the basis of achievement in sports and studies keeping in view social and economical position of the students, subject to the condition that family income of such students should not be more than 2.5 lakh per annum.
Senior Post graduate Assistantship-
A novel Scheme has also been introduced in the University to support the financially and socially disadvantaged Post Graduate Students.
Under this scheme the meritorious and needy student having less than 2.5 lakh Family Income may be involved in Teaching/Research Assistanceship for 10 hours a week and can earn upto 8000 to 10000 p.m.which will be good financial support to the needy and hard working meritorious Students to enable them to continue their studies.

Incubation Centre :
* Sharda University provide students with a unique opportunity to experience what business leadership is all about. SU presents a golden chance to initiate, run and maintain companies right at its incubation centre. The incubation centre trains the students on the entire legal, technical and managerial know how required to initiate, maintain and close the company. These apart, SU also make the students identify the prospects, avenues and Greenfield areas.
NGO Internship :
* Sharda University provide students / faculties with the opportunity to volunteer in partner NGOs. The University has already signed MOUs with seven NGOs . The programme, currently is open only to international faculty, but would be open for students soon.
Clubs / Socialities / Interest Groups :
* Sharda Univeristy is forming clubs, societies and interest groups covering diverse areas. These clubs would function out of campus in which every club will have its own website, separate funds and an organisational structure, event calendar & membership guidelines.
Events & Festivals :
* At Sharda University one would find a fine balance between academic seriousness and the youthful vibes of campus life. The university is planning a line of events and fests both in and out of the campus based on a recipe fine tuned for learning and excitement.

The foreign tours are focussed on the topic of pursuit i.e. if a student wants to familiarize with the manufacturing processes, a trip to china would be recommended. We have following playgrounds in the campus:
* One cricket field
* One Foolball field
* Four Vollyball Courts

* Two Lawn Tennis Courts
* Four Badminton Courts
We have cafeterias like Sagar Ratna, Red Chileez, CCD Kiosk and Bikano in the campus.
